Visual Merchandiser – Ladies Wear (Fixed‑Term) – Sheffield

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser you will bring the ladies‑wear collection to life in the Zara/Stradivarius store in Sheffield, balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. You will report to the General Manager and Deputy Manager and work closely with the store team to deliver exceptional visual presentation and a premium customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Use commercial and product data to identify opportunities and improve store results.
• Own the store’s visual and commercial execution, ensuring displays are elevated, current and customer‑focused.
• Deliver visual merchandising in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Stradivarius standards.
• Lead with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor, supporting the team to deliver a premium experience.
• Act as a positive ambassador for the store’s sustainability initiatives.
• Stay calm under pressure, stay organised and prioritise effectively during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.

Required profile

• Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with confidence working against KPIs.
• Ability to use reports and tools to inform decisions and monitor performance.
• Good understanding of Stradivarius DNA, product range and current market trends.
