Visual Merchandiser – Stradivarius White City

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Stradivarius White City you will bring collections to life in‑store, balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers. Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the store team to deliver premium visual presentation and a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Use commercial and product data to identify opportunities and improve store results.
• Own the store’s visual and commercial execution, ensuring displays are elevated, current and customer‑focused.
• Deliver visual merchandising in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Stradivarius standards.
• Lead high‑standard customer service on the shop floor, supporting the team to deliver a premium experience.
• Act as a positive ambassador for sustainability initiatives in store.
• Maintain composure under pressure, stay organised and prioritise effectively during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.

Required profile

• Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
• Comfortable using reports and tools to inform decisions and track performance.
• Strong understanding of Stradivarius DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.
