Voids Supervisor – Housing Association

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to lead a team of operatives delivering maintenance and repair work for a leading housing association in the Winchester area. You will ensure that all voids contracts are executed efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operatives on voids contracts, monitoring productivity and quality.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet work‑sheet specifications and KPI targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Guarantee timely completion of works to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, timesheets and reports in line with company procedures.
• Oversee health and safety compliance on all sites.
• Ensure the workplace remains tidy and safe.
• Attend inspections as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social housing maintenance.
• Background in reactive repairs, voids or planned works projects.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
