About the role

Join a leading digital‑assets and data‑center firm as a Vice President Java Electronic Trading Engineer. You will design and deliver high‑performance server‑side trading systems that power crypto and institutional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop robust, low‑latency Java trading platforms, covering order management, market connectivity and price distribution.
• Profile and optimise application performance to the microsecond level on Linux servers.
• Own critical components, troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolutions end‑to‑end.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate messaging standards and ensure high availability.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software development in an electronic trading environment.
• Deep expertise in Core Java, concurrency and multithreaded programming.
• Proven experience building low‑latency systems on Linux.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for performance optimisation.
