About the role
Acosta Europe is seeking a visionary Vice President to lead Commercial Performance, Data Intelligence and Analytics across its European operations. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the VP will shape commercial strategy, drive revenue growth and embed a data‑driven culture throughout the business.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial intelligence and performance strategy, optimizing revenue streams, pricing and promotional effectiveness.
- Lead the development, monitoring and reporting of commercial KPIs for the Board and Executive Leadership Team.
- Oversee a multidisciplinary data and insights organisation, including analytics, reporting, predictive modelling and data governance.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and clients.
- Increase data literacy across the business and unlock new interconnected data opportunities.
- Integrate traditional, generative and agentic AI into insight generation and decision‑making processes.
- Build a world‑class market and client intelligence capability, covering shopper insights, competitive benchmarking and ROI analytics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology to embed commercial rigour in client service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in commercial performance, data analytics or related functions, preferably within FMCG or retail.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and commercial excellence at an enterprise level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and experience in modernising commercial systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex insights clearly.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary of £140,000 per year plus a £9,000 allowance and a 20 % performance bonus.
- Hybrid working model – three days in the office (Woking or Stoke‑on‑Trent) and two days remote.
- 37.5‑hour work week with executive‑level responsibility and impact.
