VP Product Manager – Digital & Data Transformation (Asset & Wealth Management)

About the role

The Service Engagement product team within J.P. Morgan’s International Private Bank is looking for a senior‑level Product Manager to lead digital and data transformation initiatives. Based in Edinburgh, you will shape omni‑channel experiences for high‑net‑worth clients and drive the delivery of new tools that connect servicing and client journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision for digital and data solutions supporting the International Private Bank.
• Collaborate with global product, technology, and client‑facing teams to design end‑to‑end client journeys.
• Prioritise and manage a roadmap of enhancements that improve efficiency and growth across the business.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery, ensuring alignment with regulatory, security and operational standards.
• Measure product performance and iterate based on client feedback and business metrics.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience in financial services, preferably within wealth or asset management.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering large‑scale digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across global, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Senior leadership capability, comfortable influencing at executive level.
