VP – Real Estate Credit Securitisation

About the role
This senior position leads the fund’s direct lending activities, coordinates with rating agencies and other internal and external stakeholders, and markets real‑estate credit products to institutional investors.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and research potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment proposals for internal committee review.
- Lead underwriting of real‑estate credit transactions.
- Sell credit investments to institutional investors.
- Engage with rating agencies throughout the securitisation process.
- Monitor and analyse key industry and sector trends.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of credit securitisation experience within a reputable investment‑banking team.
- Strong expertise in structuring real‑estate loans.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA from a top‑tier institution.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, additional European language a plus.
