Vulnerability Analyst

About the role

Frasers Group is looking for a Vulnerability Analyst to strengthen its cybersecurity posture across global retail, digital and enterprise environments. Reporting to the SecOps Manager, you will identify, assess and help remediate security weaknesses, translating technical findings into business‑focused risk insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the vulnerability management programme across enterprise, cloud and retail environments.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments using scanning tools, security platforms and threat‑intelligence sources.
• Analyse and triage vulnerabilities, prioritising remediation based on risk, exploitability and business impact.
• Coordinate operational penetration‑testing activities, ensuring testing is scheduled, delivered and tracked to remediation.
• Assist security monitoring and incident‑response activities, especially when vulnerabilities are linked to active threats.
• Combine vulnerability data with threat context to reduce the organisation’s overall attack surface.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in vulnerability management and risk assessment.
• Ability to work closely with technical, operational and risk teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate technical findings into business‑relevant risk.

Required skills

• Proficiency with vulnerability scanning tools.
• Experience using security platforms.
• Familiarity with threat‑intelligence sources.
