About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join our vibrant Blacklock restaurants. You will be the face of the service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering basic queries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and floor space.
- Process payments using the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
- Uphold health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Promote daily specials and upsell where appropriate.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant.
- Team‑player attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying shift patterns.
