About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join our vibrant Blacklock restaurants. You will be the face of the service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and answering basic queries.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and floor space.
• Process payments using the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
• Uphold health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Promote daily specials and upsell where appropriate.
