Waiting Staff – Michelin‑Starred Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Front of House team member to deliver world‑class service at a celebrated Michelin‑starred restaurant in Central London. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining journey from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with warmth, professionalism and confidence.
• Provide detailed information on tasting menus, ingredients, provenance and culinary techniques.
• Guide guests through wine pairings and beverage selections alongside the sommelier team.
• Maintain immaculate service areas and support the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and uphold the highest standards of fine‑dining service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine‑dining, Michelin‑starred, luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for food, wine and guest experience.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and progress within a prestigious dining operation.
