About the role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Waking Night Support Workers to provide personalised care for adults with learning disabilities in Thornaby, Stockton‑on‑Tees. The role involves delivering respectful personal care and emotional support throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide respectful personal care, practical assistance and emotional support during night hours.
• Develop and sustain warm, trusting relationships with the people you support.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families and professionals to ensure coordinated, consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to supporting people with learning disabilities.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and residence within the UK.
