Wardrobe Stylist & Manager for UHNW Client – London, £80k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Wardrobe Stylist and Manager to oversee the extensive luxury wardrobe of a ultra‑high‑net‑worth private client based in London. The role combines high‑level styling with meticulous organisation, supporting the client’s daily dressing, travel and event needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a luxury wardrobe collection across two residences.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s style, preferences and seasonal requirements.
• Create daily outfits, style looks for events and prepare wardrobes for international travel.
• Coordinate fittings, alterations, cleaning and garment care, including regular Saturday appointments.
• Maintain detailed inventory, track purchases, receipts and expenditure.
• Liaise with luxury retailers, notably Harrods, and manage relationships with trusted service providers.
• Oversee dressing room, bath and boudoir areas, and support broader household wardrobe organisation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Wardrobe Manager, Stylist, Personal Shopper or similar in luxury or private‑household settings.
• Proven track record dressing UHNW clients and handling large, high‑value wardrobes.
• Strong organisational and administrative discipline with a proactive, solution‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently, maintain discretion and build trusted relationships.
