Warehouse Administrator – Swindon

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse team in Swindon. The role involves handling daily administration tasks, supporting stock takes and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily warehouse administration tasks and process documentation accurately.
• Maintain and update stock records, supporting regular stock takes.
• Enter stock movements and order information into internal systems.
• Assist picking operations and verify that orders are processed correctly.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and records are kept up to date.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse administration role.
• Experience with stock takes and stock control.
• Knowledge of warehouse picking processes.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Mintsoft (or similar warehouse management software).
