Warehouse Administrator (Temp to Perm)

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy Sittingbourne warehouse on a temp‑to‑perm basis. You will support the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock records, efficient order processing and smooth delivery coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound deliveries using the Warehouse Management System.
• Create delivery notes, Goods Received Notes and dispatch paperwork.
• Update stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process customer orders and keep warehouse documentation up to date.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support stock takes and cycle counts.
• Produce stock reports and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide order and delivery updates.
• Liaise with couriers, transport providers and customers to coordinate deliveries and prepare transport paperwork.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse administration.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of numeracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach and ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
