Warehouse Assistant – Full‑time, £29k, Marlow

About the role

Join a leading manufacturing company in Marlow as a Warehouse Assistant. You will work within a busy warehouse team, handling dispatches, receiving goods and ensuring inventory is stored accurately to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup – load, pack, wrap, label and ship according to schedule.
• Receive and process stock – unload, label, store and put away items in the correct locations.
• Pick and pack orders, using safe manual‑handling techniques.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high‑quality standards for audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimise space utilisation.
• Record diary logs and communicate with supervisors and co‑workers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory controls.
• Strong numeracy and English language skills.
• Physically fit, able to lift and carry stock safely.
• Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations (training provided).

Required skills

• Inventory control processes.
• Warehouse handling equipment operation.
