Warehouse Coordinator – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator for the night shift at our Colnbrook facility. The role bridges sales, stock management and dispatch, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end warehouse operations during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with current workflow processes and prioritize tasks to meet dispatch deadlines.
• Load and unload lorries, handling heavy items safely.
• Organise stock, report shortages and verify sub‑hire equipment.
• Create and maintain job files, including master pull lists for each new order.
• Advise on vehicle size and load weight, ensuring safe loading practices.
• Scan all items leaving the premises and complete delivery paperwork in the system.
• Carry out quality‑control checks and provide feedback.
• Liaise with internal teams to guarantee a smooth handover between departments.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of warehouse processes from sales to dispatch.
• Team‑player attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.
