Warehouse Forklift Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Driver to join a modern food‑processing facility in Ringwood. The role involves operating forklift equipment and handling a range of warehouse tasks in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate FLT counter‑balance (essential) and FLT flexi‑pivot (desirable) forklifts to load and unload trucks and containers.
• Receive, locate, pick, and dispatch products while maintaining accurate ERP records.
• Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Clean machinery and work areas to company standards.
• Maintain an audit‑ready department and adhere to food safety regulations.

Required profile

• Preferably 2 years of warehouse experience, including picking, despatching, and stock handling.
• At least 2 years of forklift driving experience with a valid FLT counter‑balance licence.
• Experience using ERP systems for warehouse transactions.
• Good understanding of food safety standards.
• Reliable, self‑disciplined team player with effective communication skills.

What we offer

• £13.50‑£14.00 per hour, dependent on experience
• 37.5‑hour week, 6 am‑3:30 pm, Monday‑Friday
• 30‑minute unpaid lunch and a paid 30‑minute break
