Warehouse Leader (Supervisor)

About the role

Establishment Labs is a fast‑growing women’s health company seeking a Warehouse Leader to oversee all warehouse operations at its London facility. The role ensures efficient, safe, and compliant handling of materials and finished goods while driving productivity, quality, and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain 5S methodologies throughout the warehouse.
• Manage inventory levels, receive and dispatch materials, and operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment.
• Use SAP to record inventory movements, process orders, and handle goods receipts.
• Coordinate imports, ensure proper documentation, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse team, plan process improvements, and monitor performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Secondary Education Diploma (GCSE or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Valid forklift operator certification/license and experience operating electric pallet stackers.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English.
• Experience using SAP for inventory control and order processing.
