Warehouse & Logistics Manager – £40k + Benefits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead operations for a leading manufacturer in Warminster. You will own the end‑to‑end warehouse process, drive efficiency, and support production and customer deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, driving continuous process improvement.
• Oversee returns, damaged stock and non‑conforming products.
• Plan and coordinate logistics to meet production schedules and customer delivery windows.
• Manage transportation, negotiate with 3PL providers and resolve shipment issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of warehouse and logistics management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven understanding of supply‑chain and logistics principles.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset focused on improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Forklift licence or familiarity with material handling equipment.
• Ability to use KPI dashboards and conduct inventory audits.
