Warehouse Management Systems Administrator

About the role

Join DHL Supply Chain as a Warehouse Management Systems Administrator, supporting our retail customers by maintaining accurate inventory data and ensuring smooth operation of the Manhattan WMS platform. You will work on the shop floor, handling both clerical and physical tasks in a dynamic logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders, stock movements and other data using the Manhattan Warehouse Management System and Excel.
• Conduct physical inventory checks, perpetual inventory counting and location verification.
• Communicate with internal departments and external customers to resolve queries and keep information aligned.
• Assist with routine housekeeping of the WMS, including data quality checks and report generation.

Required profile

• Practical experience in warehouse administration, including clerical and inventory duties.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks such as walking the shop floor, handling large trolleys and using stairs.
• Ability to work in a noisy, cooler temperature environment.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System, preferably Manhattan or a similar platform.
