Warehouse Manager – Deliveries & Front Desk

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Manager to oversee deliveries, stock handling and front‑desk customer service at our Glasgow site. The role combines hands‑on warehouse duties with a customer‑facing element, supporting a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and book incoming deliveries.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately.
• Maintain organised stock levels and a tidy warehouse environment.
• Serve customers at the trade counter/front desk, both in person and by phone.
• Assist with local deliveries using the company van when required.
• Support the wider team with day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with industrial parts such as fixings, fasteners, nuts, bolts and screws (useful).
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Basic IT skills.
