Warehouse Manager – Events & Rentals

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a busy warehouse that supports the events, production and rental sectors. You will ensure equipment is stored, maintained and ready for dispatch, while managing a team in a fast‑paced, technical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including storage, handling and inventory management.
• Prioritise workflows during peak dispatch and return periods.
• Lead, train and develop a warehouse team, promoting best practices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s management system.
• Coordinate preparation and de‑preparation of equipment for events.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised and compliant with Health & Safety standards.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as equipment readiness and operational accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse management within a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in events, production, logistics or equipment rental.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory management systems.
