Warehouse Operations Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Operations Support Specialist to join a busy, growing operation in Bristol. This practical, warehouse‑focused role involves supporting daily goods handling, stock control and logistics to ensure efficient receipt, storage, preparation and dispatch of equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles using a forklift.
• Book goods into the system and verify quantities and condition.
• Pick, pack and prepare equipment for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate warehouse stock records.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers and couriers.
• Assist with equipment preparation, refurbishment and occasional site deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised, supporting recycling and waste management.

Required profile

• Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence – essential.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Health‑and‑safety awareness and a proactive team attitude.
