Warehouse Operative (3 on 3 off shift)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a leading distribution company in Sherburn in Elmet. The role works a 3‑on‑3‑off shift pattern from 6 am to 6 pm and offers a pathway from temporary to permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Move pallets and stock to designated locations, ensuring accuracy.
- Carry out pre‑use equipment checks and report any faults.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Support overall warehouse operations and assist with general duties as required.
Required profile
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Physical capability to perform warehouse duties.
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Reliable and committed approach to work.
Required skills
- Powered Pallet Truck operation.
