Warehouse Operative – Assembly & PCB Production

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy manufacturing team in Newbury. The role combines warehouse duties with hands‑on assembly of electronic products, offering a varied day‑to‑day experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Packing finished assemblies and preparing them for dispatch.
• Populating PCB components for selective soldering processes.
• Breaking out PCBs from panels using specialist tools.
• Installing PCBs into housings and fitting cable assemblies.
• Completing multi‑stage box build assemblies.
• Carrying out functional testing of PCBs and finished products.
• Following detailed work instructions to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe.
