Warehouse Operative – Bendi Forklift (Theale)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics team in Theale. You will be responsible for the safe receipt, handling and storage of goods, ensuring stock accuracy and operating a Bendi Flexi forklift within narrow‑aisle environments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and process incoming goods efficiently.
• Maintain accurate stock records and label items correctly.
• Operate Flexi/Bendi forklift to load and unload pallets in narrow aisles.
• Pick orders and keep warehouse equipment in good condition.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Manager with daily tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating narrow‑aisle or Flexi forklifts.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with overtime as needed.
• Attention to detail for stock accuracy and documentation.
• Willingness to follow health, safety and hygiene standards.
