About the role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our client’s growing team in Braintree. The role involves handling materials, picking, packing and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently handle materials, ensuring accurate picking, packing and stock organisation.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes and maintain records in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify products meet company standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures during manual handling and heavy lifting tasks.
• Support the team to meet daily productivity targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of materials handling techniques and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
