About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our Hemel Hempstead site on a full‑time, temporary basis. The role runs Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and involves operating a cardboard baler, handling waste cardboard and keeping the warehouse tidy. Full training will be provided and you will be expected to follow health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Operate the cardboard baler safely and efficiently.
Collect, sort and process waste cardboard for baling.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Support the wider warehouse team with general tasks as required.
Ensure safe handling of equipment and adhere to health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

Willingness to work with machinery.
Good physical fitness.
Reliability, punctuality and strong time‑keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

Cardboard baler operation.
Machinery operation.
