Warehouse Operative – Charity Donation Processing

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our charity‑driven team in Milton Keynes. You will play a vital part in processing donated clothing and ensuring it reaches communities in need across the UK and worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, pack, load and unload donated items, primarily clothing.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail throughout handling.
- Support overall warehouse operations and adhere to health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Hands‑on, proactive attitude with a positive “can‑do” approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit, reliable and excellent timekeeping.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset.
