Warehouse Operative – Chill Trolley Packing (Bristol)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our Bristol depot. You will work in a chilled environment, manually packing milk onto trolleys, moving and emptying them while supporting the fast‑paced delivery of fresh products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate chill trolley packers and chill shrinkwrappers.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Rotate stock and check date codes.
• Maintain hygiene and clean‑as‑you‑go standards.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments and basic PMS.
• Perform quality control inspections to meet customer expectations.
• Replenish materials and support colleague training.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Positive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
