Warehouse Operative – Chilled Section

About the role
We are looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our chilled‑section team in Bicester. The role involves working in a fresh‑room environment handling fish products, ensuring they are prepared, packed and labelled correctly. Shifts run from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am‑6 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fish for packaging in a temperature‑controlled fresh room.
- Pack fish into designated packaging and apply labels.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards, wearing high‑visibility clothing and safety shoes.
- Follow shift schedule (Sunday‑Thursday, 9 am‑6 pm) and report any issues.
Required profile
- Willingness to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality for the specified shift pattern.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
