Warehouse Operative – Counterbalance Forklift & PPT

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy logistics operation in Aylesford. The role involves handling inbound deliveries, picking, put-away and preparing shipments for dispatch in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Unload inbound pallets and IBCs, scanning shipments into the WMS.
- Put away stock in correct locations and break down mixed pallets.
- Pick customer orders accurately to specification.
- Band, strap and wrap shipments in line with ADR regulations.
- Prepare shipments, attach documentation and print labels.
- Operate Counterbalance Forklifts and Electric Pallet Trucks (PPT).
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a fast-moving warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid external Counterbalance Forklift licence.
- Valid external PPT (Electric Pallet Truck) licence.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

- Microsoft Office proficiency
- SAP experience (advantageous)
What we offer
- £27,000 starting salary.
- £200 monthly attendance bonus after probation.
- Full training including ADR/Dangerous Goods.
- Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am‑3:00 pm – no weekends.
