Warehouse Operative / Driver – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative / Driver to join a busy logistics operation in Colnbrook. The role combines warehouse duties with local collections and deliveries using a company van, offering a stable full‑time permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Receive and check inbound deliveries and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to move stock.
• Carry out local collections and deliveries in a company van, completing daily vehicle safety checks.
• Use warehouse IT systems to process shipments and update records.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment and work with the operations team to meet daily deadlines.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good IT confidence using warehouse systems.
• Attention to detail, organisational ability and physical fitness for manual handling.
• Ability to provide a 5‑year checkable employment history and pass a DBS check.
