About the role
We are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics company based in West Thurrock. The role involves hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, handling goods and operating FLT equipment. This position is based in Tilbury, South East England, and offers a competitive salary. Key responsibilities
- Loading and unloading goods
- Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently
- Picking, packing and preparing orders
- Goods‑in and goods‑out duties
- Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
- Completing relevant paperwork and warehouse records
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
Required profile
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred)
- Valid FLT license (desired)
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
