Warehouse Operative – Forklift Required

About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Andover site on an immediate start. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and initially offered on a 1–2 month fixed‑term basis with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Handle goods‑in and goods‑out processes.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Operate a forklift efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Support general warehouse operations as needed.
Required profile
- Valid forklift licence (Flexi/Bendi licence highly preferred).
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
