Warehouse Operative – Full‑time, Biggleswade

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established organisation in Biggleswade for a full‑time Warehouse Operative. You will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately while maintaining a safe and organised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
• Scan products and update stock movements using handheld scanners and internal systems
• Support receipt and storage of incoming deliveries
• Ensure correct storage for traceability
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets

Required profile

• Previous warehouse experience (essential)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to health and safety procedures

Required skills

• Experience using handheld scanners
