Warehouse Operative – Heathrow Airport

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a leading air and travel services provider at Heathrow Airport. You will help keep global cargo moving safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Load and unload cargo vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Process inbound and outbound freight.
  • Use handheld scanners to identify and locate cargo.
  • Complete cargo documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets.

Required profile

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Clear DBS (full 5‑year) check.
  • Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts.
  • Ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
  • Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Required skills

  • Operating handheld scanners.

What we offer

  • Hourly rate of £13.27.
  • Ad‑hoc shift pattern (19:00‑07:00).
  • Opportunity to work within a global cargo operation.
