Warehouse Operative – High Brooms (Tunbridge Wells)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a bespoke manufacturer in High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells. This temporary position runs until the end of September 2026 and offers a competitive hourly rate of £13‑£14.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack products efficiently.
• Handle goods‑in processes: unload, check, store, and complete related administration.
• Operate a counterbalance forklift daily for loading and unloading.
• Match all goods with the correct paperwork and report any damage or shortages.
• Store and rotate stock according to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, tidy warehouse environment and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
• Reliable timekeeper able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible, enthusiastic attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Counterbalance Forklift operation.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £13‑£14.
• Monday‑Thursday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am‑4:30 pm.
