About the role
We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Rochdale site, with an immediate start. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday 08:00‑16:00, with overtime and occasional weekend work during busy periods. While the assignment may be extended beyond September, this cannot be guaranteed.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders.
- Pack products safely and efficiently for dispatch.
- Assist the machine operator with day‑to‑day production tasks.
- Work safely around warehouse machinery and follow all health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment.
- Support the wider warehouse team as required.
Required profile
- Previous order‑picking experience is essential.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on role alongside machinery.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on machine operation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
