Warehouse Operative – Inspection Team (Oxford)

About the role
We are seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join the inspection team at our client’s facility in Cowley, Oxford. The role involves checking parts and containers for defects, logging findings, and supporting the production flow.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect parts and containers within the warehouse to identify defects or faults.
- Follow work instructions and health‑and‑safety guidelines at all times.
- Use the in‑house computer system to record inspections and containment details.
- Rotate between two shift patterns (6 am‑4:15 pm or 4 pm‑2:30 am) as required.
Required profile
- Positive, self‑motivated attitude with a ‘can‑do’ approach.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work with computers and follow detailed instructions.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
What we offer
- Shift options: 6 am‑4:15 pm or 4 pm‑2:30 am.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71‑£15.26.
- Long‑term placement with immediate start.
