Warehouse Operative

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our fast‑paced, growing team in Flitwick. You will handle a range of iconic household products and contribute to a company that values its employees.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery vehicles by hand or using manual handling equipment.
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch using handheld scanners.
- Manage stock and prepare transfers for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Lift and move oversized or heavy items using a two‑person lift.
Required profile
- Previous warehouse operative experience.
- Team‑player attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
Required skills
- Reach Truck or VNA licence (essential).
- Counterbalance or PPT forklift licence (desirable).
