About the role
The Warehouse Operative joins a busy warehouse team in Linton, supporting operational efficiency, stock accuracy and high customer service standards while adhering to health, safety, food safety and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain operational efficiency and accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety and quality standards.
- Support temperature‑controlled and food distribution processes.
- Work day shifts starting at 6 am or 10 am, with up to 12‑hour shifts.
Required profile
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Clear understanding of English.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
- Own transport due to location.
- Registration in the Maidstone office.
Required skills
- PPT licence (advantageous, training can be provided).
What we offer
- Pay rate from £13.10 to £14.20 per hour.
- Full training and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided.
- Immediate start after registration.
- Potential temporary‑to‑permanent role.
