Warehouse Operative – Logistics & Production (Chalgrove)

About the role

Join a global aerospace leader as a Warehouse Operative in Chalgrove, supporting a busy logistics and production environment that supplies critical defence components. You will work on a full‑time schedule, initially Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑16:45 and Friday 08:00‑12:00, with the possibility of a shift change after six months.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from Kardex machines and manual locations according to production pick lists, using SAP for all transactions.
• Book incoming goods into SAP, ensuring accurate receipt of hardware and pyrotechnic materials.
• Move stock around the site as directed by the daily production plan and ER2014.
• Prepare shipments of explosive assemblies, completing Dangerous Goods and ADR driver checks, palletising and labelling.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support 5S housekeeping in stores and explosive magazines.

Required profile

• Ability to follow strict health, safety and quality standards in a defence‑related environment.
• Attention to detail for accurate picking, booking and documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to shift changes after probation.
