Warehouse Operative – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team on a night shift basis. The role offers full‑time, consistent hours from 21:48 to 06:00, Monday‑Friday, with an immediate start and a temporary contract running from mid‑July to the end of August.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh cartons using calibrated weighing equipment each hour.
• Verify carton weights against specifications and quality standards.
• Record and report weight data on controlled documentation.
• Identify and escalate weight discrepancies, damaged cartons, or quality concerns to the IMA Operator and SMT.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in line with housekeeping standards.
• Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and Health and Safety requirements.
• Support the team to achieve production targets and assist with other production duties as directed.

Required profile

• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work rotating night shifts consistently.
• Willingness to learn and follow full training.
• Good attention to detail and strong safety awareness.

Required skills

• Operation of calibrated weighing equipment.

What we offer

• Full‑time night shift (21:48‑06:00, Monday‑Friday) with consistent hours.
• Hourly rate of £14.
