Warehouse Operative – Nightshift (4 on 4 off)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our family‑run air freight and European haulage business in Slough. The role works the night shift on a 4 days on / 4 days off pattern, offering a balanced lifestyle and clear progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Loading and unloading cargo
- Picking, packing, splitting and sorting shipments
- Operating counterbalance forklifts ranging from 1.5 ton to 8.5 ton
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
- Cross‑checking paperwork against cargo
Required profile
- Experience with manual handling equipment
- Air freight background (preferred)
- Ability to commute to Slough
Required skills
- Counterbalance forklift operation (1.5‑8.5 ton)
- Manual handling equipment use
