Warehouse Operative / Packer – Temp to Perm

About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Packer to join a busy warehouse team in Greenford. This hands‑on, physically demanding role involves heavy lifting throughout the working day and offers a genuine temp‑to‑perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Packing products ready for dispatch efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Carrying out regular heavy lifting and manual handling
• Moving stock around the warehouse as required
• Preparing and organising products for shipment
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties

Required profile

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Looking for a long‑term opportunity

What we offer
