About the role
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join a well‑established business in Paddock Wood, Kent. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, and involves a variety of hands‑on tasks in a busy warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accurate stock receipt.
- Perform manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse layout.
- Move stock and carry out general warehouse duties.
- Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager and a friendly team of five.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
- Enjoys physical work and can handle heavy items safely.
- Positive attitude, team‑player mentality and willingness to learn.
