Warehouse Operative – Picker/Packer (Temp)

About the role
Join a well‑established wholesale organisation in Colchester as a Warehouse Operative. You will be responsible for picking and packing products efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, working 8 am‑5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Pick items from stock and pack them neatly into boxes.
- Use a PC and the ERP system to record inventory movements.
- Count and verify product quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Required profile
- Energetic and able to keep up with a physically demanding pace.
- Basic computer literacy for ERP and inventory tasks.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate counting and packing.
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage in training.
Required skills
- Basic PC operation.
- Experience with an ERP inventory management system.
