Warehouse Operative – Temp-to-Perm (Basingstoke)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our growing team in Basingstoke. The position starts on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful trial period.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload vehicles safely.
- Receive, book in, and process incoming goods.
- Handle kitting orders and maintain stock records.
- Support stock control and movement activities.
- Uphold housekeeping, health, and safety standards.
Required profile
- Previous warehouse experience (essential).
- Ability to perform manual handling duties.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
- Valid Reach Truck Licence.
