About the role
We are seeking a physically fit and reliable Warehouse Operative for a temporary‑to‑permanent position in Greenford. The role involves a full day of heavy lifting and packing, with the aim of moving onto our internal payroll for a long‑term full‑time role.
Key responsibilities
- Manual handling – performing heavy lifting and packing as a primary function.
- Warehouse operations – processing goods efficiently and ensuring high‑standard packing.
- Reliability – maintaining excellent punctuality and a consistent work ethic.
Required profile
- Physical fitness – must be healthy and capable of sustained heavy lifting.
- Proactive work ethic – a "get stuck in" attitude.
- Commitment – seeking a long‑term, full‑time role.
